If you are not happy with our work, just request a refund (you don't even need a reason), and you will get a full refund of your first month charge and setup fee.

Q:Why can't I pay you by the year?
A: We believe that it keeps us humping, knowing that you can cancel our services at any time.

Q: Can you handle my business?
A: There are few businesses so big that we cannot meet and exceed your needs. E-mail us.

Q: What happens if I go over my bandwidth quota?
A: The server will automatically suspend your site and you will get an "exceeded bandwidth" error message when attempting to view your site. E-mail us. We will immediately double your allocation at no charge. If you use over your initial allocation for 2 months in a row, you will slide up into the next bandwidth package.

Q: I do not have a domain. Do I need one? If so, where, and how do I do it?
A: You don't need one. You will have a personalized sub-domain like http://YourName.hostgorilla.com. You can search for and buy your own domain for $8.75/yr. from http://www.godaddy.com. It's easy, really.

Q: How long will it take to get my site up?
A: It will take 2 to 3 days for your name to propagate out to the net. But you can be uploading to your new site within 24 hours of payment, more often within a few hours.

Q: What about Spam?
A: Your e-mail accounts are equipped with Spam Assassin (which you have to activate), so incoming Spam shouldn't be a problem. As far as outgoing Spam, Don't even think about it. We've got three guys here who's main jobs are to bust spammers, and they sound like mercenaries swapping war stories over lunch.
